I have bought numerous things from Escapade. The items have always been great value for money and really prompt delivery. What I feel that you need to improve on is customer service on the phones. Trying to get in contact with you for an issue was a massive problem. It took nearly a week for someone to pick up the phone. The issue was dealt with straight away which was amazing, it just takes so long to get in contact with you. I must admit it does put me off a little purchasing again. I hope this can be rectified then you would have a first class business. Amy Parker
