We ordered 4 items; they all came on time and 2 of them were fine, but one (for our 4 year old) came with a damaged mask - the plastic was broken and the strap wouldn’t tie up at the back. I managed to glue the strap onto another part of the mask so it was serviceable, but very disappointing, so close to Halloween. The other item came with a broken hat, fortunately we can manage without it.
