Good challenges, friendly and helpful staff. There were two of us (aged 80 and 14). It worked well in our case because the puzzles were linear (each depending on having already solved the one before); this meant that one of us could search while the other worked on the current solution. This linear feature may not be so good for larger groups because some members of the team might find themselves unoccupied. The 80-year-old had some difficulty reading the smaller print and signs, even with his glasses on. We didn't quite get out within the hour but young man on duty gave us a few extra minutes (and hints) to complete the escape. Very enjoyable and good value for money.
