These J bars with T-track adapters for my aero roof bars worked a treat when I recently took my kayak with me on holiday. They are really solid and secured my kayak in place with ease and safely. They literally take 2 minutes to attach the J-bars to the T-track and you can be setup and loaded ready to go in around 5 minutes. My main reason for buying the J-bars was to use in conjunction with my roof box in order to make full use of my roof bars. Very happy with my purchase.
