Great customer service, they are willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the custmer. Great product, I purchased an Iphone, love it, well built. I also purchased a battery case for iPhone SE but it had a charging problem Esdorado was able to replace after troubleshooting the battery case. Received the new case in a few days, happy camper.
