Outstanding customer service! At Esdorado, service and customer care are very important! I bought an Iphone 11 Pro Max there. Unfortunately, the case could not be installed 100%, as 1 / 100th of the manufacturing tolerance did not allow this. So I used the service email. Without asking, they sent me a new case by express, which was there the next day. The case now fits perfectly. Thank you very much for this outstanding performance! There is actually nothing like that anymore. Rest assured, I will remain a customer!
