I (housewife) ordered two things, following the video explanation of how to replace the door lock mechanism. The more important washing machine repair item arrived promptly.With the other I was told after checkout and payment(!) that it is not in stock for another 6 weeks .So I'm awaiting the completion of this order.( That lost you a star)
