I ordered AA batteries for Christmas at a brilliant price but was disappointed when I received AAAs. I was very much in doubt that they could be replaced in time so I asked for a refund.
Within only 2 days, at no extra cost, eSpares had delivered the replacement. I am very impressed for such a small order. For me, service is often more important than the article itself, so eSpares will remain at the top of my list for future purchases. A1 all round! Well done!
