We ordered a glass goblet for our liquidiser and arrived broken. We contacted them on a Sunday evening and they actually replied on the Sunday evening! They sent us a new one quickly and always kept us informed. I cannot recommend highly enough based on their superb customer service. We will definitely be using again.
