We ordered a fridge shelf but the wrong one arrived. Spoke to Ashleigh via Messenger who was fantastic. He got onto the warehouse and confirmed mis pick. I was sent a replacement immediately and very simple paperwork to return the unwanted item. Gold star Ashleigh and many thanks.
