I ordered cooker hood filters for our new cooker hood then realised soon after that as it was ducted I didn’t need them. I messaged espares feeling pretty sure it was too late to cancel the order but they didn’t arrive so I knew they had been cancelled. However I had been charged but they refunded that very quickly. I received courteous and helpful emails from them. I would recommend them because they seem to be a good firm to deal with. They seem approachable and respond well to customer enquiries.
