After using eSpares' "How to replace" video , ordering the part and successfully getting my washing machine going again, I was disheartened that the electronic part failed 4 months later. I contacted their customer service and an online chat resulted in a replacement arriving, wait for it: LESS than 24hrs later!
What more can you ask for?
I was e-mailed a free returns label to pop the faulty item in the post: easy, as I could turn it around using their own packaging straightaway.
This is my third order and they are as good as it gets! Compliments to all the team.
