Due to difficulties with deliveries out side E Spares control a recent item did not arrive. It was a part required for our daughters tumble drier and was very inconvenient especially regarding children clothes/drying.
After several days one e-mail to E Spares contact line resulted in return call apologising for the problem and an immediate replacement sent via a currier the next day. Good service
