Brilliant service - beyond excellent. Our Bosch oven glass shattered Bank Holiday Monday evening, I was able to find what I wanted very easily on the website just by using the Bosch model number. Not only did they have it in stock and competitively priced but they despatched it immediately and it arrived before lunch time the very next day despite me opting for standard delivery.
