I ordered two parts that I had thought I would never be able to get hold of, one was an hob injection button and the other was a door seal for my elderly dishwasher which we bought secondhand and was a make I’ve never heard of elsewhere. The button arrived promptly but there was a problem getting hold of the door seal which I had anticipated to be fair. I did however receive lots of emails from eSpares letting me know what was happening. I have now decided to get a new dishwasher so I informed eSpares and they promptly refunded the money into my PayPal account. I certainly know where to go for spare parts now.
