Our Neff double oven stopped working. It looked like the oven element but I was worried the part might be obsolete for a 15 year old unit. Espares not only had the part but a brilliant video tutorial that perfectly guided me through replacing it. I ordered the part on the Friday, it was here on the Monday and it’s now fixed. I’ve spent barely £40 rather than £800 for a new oven. A brilliant, efficient, value for money service. Thank you.
