We ordered a new seal for our SMEG refrigerator and then found out it wasn’t the right one (we now believe we would have to replace the door at exorbitant expense). When I contacted eSpares, they were excellent. Excellent communication and then refunded the cost quickly…no quibbles. I ordered from eSpares before and have extremely pleased with their product range and prices. Now I can brag about their customer service. I highly recommend eSpares for any parts needs.
