I ordered a remote control on 23/10/21 which had been lost for 2 weeks. With 2 hours of placing my order the original one was found by accident. So I tried to cancel it straight away because the dispatch date from ESpares was not until 30/10/21.
I was informed that this was not possible.
It would be sent regardless and I would have to return it once it arrived.
I would still be charged the dispatch cost which I would lose and it is going to cost me again to return it.
ESpares are definitely not a Customer friendly company.
