I ordered a wave guide for my microwave. A part arrived and it was the wrong. I contacted espares and told them it was the wrong part. I even listed the part the sent and the part i actually ordered. I get an email back asking for the serial number and model of the microwave...why as i know the part i ordered was the right part? I sent back the model number but not the serial number as i was at work. They came back saying they could not identify my appliance. I again emailed back saying that made no difference if they could not ID my model, the part i ordered was the right one so not their problem. I have now been waiting a week and my microwave is still down. Why must the treat you like a moron - i know what i need and i care if their database does not list my model. I tried to ring the customer service line but it was engaged the whole day. I will never use this shower again. Bottom line is they are a complete joke and be prepared to be treated like a moron
