I ordered a lower basket and a cutlery tray for a dishwasher. The lower basket was fine - no problems whatsoever. The cutlery tray was broken - the lug where the handle fits on was broken off. I immediately tried to get in touch with espares. Every telephone number routes you via various options and then tells you to get in touch by e.mail. The web site says a returns label is sent with every order - not so! I sent an e.mail asking for guidance and 2 days later received a reply promising a reply within 48 hrs. 5 days from then still nothing.
In my opinion very poor customer service. A very simple easily resolved problem ignored.
