Awful online experience from what I thought would be a reputable company. I placed an order and expected that next delivery would be 2 days at most. I emailed the company after 2 days and received an auto responder to acknowledge my email received and a representative would be in contact. 4 days later......no products have been delivered and nobody from the customer service team has been in contact with any explanation or update. I appreciate that it is a busy time of year, but not to contact your customers is not acceptable.
