I ordered a spare element for my tenants oven and forgot to change the delivery address, which had automatically included my address along with the billing address. I cancelled immediately and input the correct delivery address. However I was still charged for two orders. I emailed to explain this & started the returns procedure immediately which was simple. To be fair the elements were delivered promptly, hence the 5* review & replaced quickly as it was the correct item as espares had advised. I returned the spare element (at no extra cost only to print off a new return label). I did not even open the package. I’m still awaiting a refund but appreciate it’s a very busy time now, so will be patient. If I don’t receive a refund, I shall review again .. but so far so good. Thank you espares :-)
