I Ordered A Delonghi Heating element for my deep fat fryer On the 2nd of September 2017 Which there website said its in stock. I phone 2 weeks after and customer service said I would received my item by Thursday. I never receives my Item so I rang back on the 18th of September only to be told that they don't have the item in stock. This Company is a joke they should be fines for wasting customers time Im still waiting for my refund....
