Bought carbon brushes for washing machine. Was able to confirm compatibility before purchasing, other websites are unwilling or unable to do this. Parts arrived exactly as promised within a couple of days, (note - next day delivery for friday orders is monday), very satisfied, will definitely use again even though they are not always the cheapest, reliability is worth a lot !
