I think my oven is working just fine for Christmas, thank you, but I’d also like to say thank you for the number of times you have helped me resolve problems, and saved me loads of money at the same time. I know much more than I ever thought I would need to know about how my household appliances work and, as well as saving me money, it is most satisfying to fix problems myself. And I’m sending this from France; your charges are extremely reasonable and the ‘fixes’ have never failed.
