I ordered a fridge seal which I was told was out of stock, so phoned to cancel. An hour later was emailed and told the item was being posted and could not be cancelled???!!! I would have to return it when it arrived if I didn´t want it. Then I called and complained and was told not to collect it and just let it be returned to sender and I would get a refund! Four months later I still have no refund!!! I would never use this company again! Try partmaster very good customer services and cheaper!!!!
