This is a great company. I ordered an element for a toaster, thinking it had blown. Turned out somebody had just changed the settings on the toaster (I know...!) which is why one side wasn't working! In embarrassment I returned the item. No quibbles whatsoever from Espares, they took it back and credited me immediately, keeping me fully informed at every step. The customer experience was exceptional, thanks and well done guys.
