If you have the model number it is so easy to get the right parts through this company. This takes the guesswork out of your purchasing experience! Their customer service is good, they make returns fairly easy although you will be responsible for return postage fees if the mistake was yours (ie if you ordered the wrong part and it doesn't fit). I guess they can do this because everything they sell is linked to the model number of the equipment you're buying for.
