I emailed Espares originally to ask if they had a part for my cooker. They responded quickly with details and price of part. I then emailed to ask if item could be returned if it did not fit, to which they said yes, and gave me details if needed. I found them to be very helpful, and my cooker is working fine now, saving me from having to buy a new one.
