They sent out a part with no protective packaging, it was just in a cardboard box, so it inevitably arrived broken. Ten days after I send it back for a replacement I have heard nothing from them, no replacement or refund. There has been no answer to an email I sent and its not been possible to get through to them on the phone. Very bad customer service.
