I ordered a microwave dish for my Miele and it was supposed to be delivered 07/06. It’s now 13/06 and still no sign of the dish . When I chased them they said there was a problem with their system since 02/06 and they still could not tell me when it would be despatched . I have asked for a refund and was then told there was a small chance it would be despatched but didn’t say when . Really bizarre
