Wanted Hotpoint cooker knobs and ordered them - pack arrived very quickly. Unfortunately none of the would fit on my very old cooker and I sent them back, explaining that, as I had opened the pack to try them I didn't expect a refund. I received a full refund which I appreciate. Very customer focused company - not many like that these days! Would recommend Espares and would use them again.
