I recently bought a motor for my vacuum cleaner that was shipped to South Africa but unfortunately arrived damaged and unusable. I reported the matter to eSpares who promptly replied and offered to send me a replacement part at no extra cost. This is what you call service, prompt, with no questions asked.
I will certainly only buy my spare parts fro eSpares even though i live in South Africa as one can rely on them.
