I ordered an Hygena cooker hood lamp glass but unfortunately it did not fit. I contacted e Spares via the net and got a response in double quick time. I returned the item and the refund was back on my card in days.
Its a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that takes customer services seriously. Would i deal with this company again yes without a doubt.
