Espares was generally my go to place for all things requiring domestic repair parts. Well not any more. I had placed an order back in June 2019 for 2 integrated washing machine hinges at a whopping £23.99 each! Stock number ES1540535 refers. They arrived without any screws! Contacted espares & had to pay a further £19.51 for the 4 screws which included £6.99 for next day delivery! The following day they when they did not arrive I had to contact them again only to be told they were out of stock. When asked why they had not bothered to let me know as they had all my details the guy in 'Customer services' (Ha that's a joke) stated "Yeah we don't do that!" They immediately refunded me the £6.99 delivery fee but I had to chase & chase these items with emails & was constantly fobbed off time & time again. 3 days ago I phoned & asked to speak to a manager. Surprisingly there were none available. Coincidently I was told the items had just arrived in the warehouse. Regardless I insisted that a manager return my call. I am still waiting! The screws have now arrived exactly 4 months from the date of ordering!! This is what this company considers to be good customer service. Will be using UK White Goods from now on. Do yourselves a favour & avoid this 3rd rate outfit.
