I ordered some Christmas lights. My order was dispatched apparently but I tried to track it via Royal Mail website & after 3 days they hadn’t received it. I contacted eSpares via live chat & the man I spoke to said that they were having problems with the Royal Mail & to wait the week for it to arrive. Well it didn’t so I contacted eSpares again & they said the same thing to wait again, but this time I had contacted Royal Mail & they had said they hadn’t received my order from eSpares so I told them this, I eventually got them to agree to refund my money as the items were now out of stock! That was on the 15th November & I was told I would receive my refund within 3-5 days. I still haven’t received it I have emailed them twice to chase them up but still no refund. I’m going to take the matter further if I hear nothing back within 3 days. Watch this space!
