I knew what I wanted, but my cooker model number did not match up with those given. Espares persisted for me and eventually sent me an email telling me what I should order. With standard delivery, the spares arrived in two days. My glass lid was, once again, working. As an eighty year older person, I was delighted to be able to fix this myself!
