I bought a Russell Hobbs 4 Slice Toaster from eSpares and it turned out to have a manufacturing fault. I contacted eSpares and was instructed to return it for a replacement, the replacement arrived before I had sent the faulty one back. Unfortunately the replacement developed the same fault and this time I asked for a refund. Again eSpares told me to return the toaster to them for examination using their pre paid postage label, which I did. The refund was in my bank 7 days later. WELL DONE eSpares.
