When I ordered the part for my Karcher pressure washer I was aware that espares were awaiting stock. When the hoped for date arrived I asked them for progress and apparently their supplier was also out of stock. With the current (coronavirus situation) issues like this are to be expected. When the part arrived it was despatched on Saturday and received on Tuesday. Not bad service from Birmingham to rural SW France! Well done!
