I have been a customer of espares on and off for a few years now. I have to say that they are consistently good. My last experience was excellent, I ordered the wrong part for my food processor. I was unable to send part back due to the fact I don't have a printer. I emailed them asking for assistance in this matter. They replied a few days later saying I didn't have return the item,and they would refund it which they have done Since then I have ordered the right part,its been delivered I've been able to use my food processor. So I'm a very happy customer. Thanks espares. Keep up the good work.
