Very prompt service. I was able to purchase the required parts for my 26 year old Tricity Bendix CH550B cooker hood. One part proved very difficult for me to change, so conceded defeat and returned it to eSpares. Great customer service as they contacted me offering to help me choose the correct part. It was the correct part, but this 70+ year old, not too good at DIY, had problems in trying to change over the part. Excellent customer service, good prices, and I will definitely use eSpares again in the future.
