I ordered some parts for a domestic machine. Spares were unable to supply me after they had spent a considerable time trying to locate. Even though I was unfortunate not to receive these Spares they kept me informed at all times. My refund was quickly dealt with. Their customer care is 100%. Certainly will hopefully use them in future.
