Fitted an oven element earlier in the year, supplied by eSpares.
This element failed 2 weeks ago so contacted eSpares about their guarantee policy.
Told product was covered, they immediately (within hours) dispatched a replacement without any cost to me. I printed off prepaid address label for the return of faulty part.
Have used eSpares previously. Parts I required have always been in stock, dispatched promptly, adequately packaged and competitively priced. Also, website has online instructions on how to fit/install part.
What more can you ask for?
