I recently ordered a replacement glass shelf for my fridge from eSpares. When it arrived it was too large. I phoned them and they suggested I reorder and gave me the code, and that I return the other item to them free of charge. . I would be refunded for the first item when they received it in perfect condition.
They were true to their word and very efficient.
I now have the correct shelf installed and the money has been refunded to my account.
