Ordered an item, then realised upon checking the order again later that I had ordered the wrong part. Emailed a feedback form but that said 48 hour response time, and was trying to resolve this before the incorrect item was dispatched.
Got in contact the next day via Twitter, and had an immediate response. They told me it was too late to stop the dispatch of the wrong item, but that they would issue a refund for it anyway and I wouldn't even have to return it. Then just had to a new order for the correct item.
Excellent service, especially considering it was my mistake.
