Having been messed around by other company's advising items were in stock when they were not. I called Esprahome and enquired firstly into availability and was met with good customer service. Item ordered hassle free, phone call to check on courier delivery a week later again met with good customer service. Item delivered the next day, courier service brought the items into the house no quibble. Items checked no damage or missing parts and indeed exactly as the description. It stated solid wood and indeed it is no veneer, chipboard or poor workmanship very sturdy and extremely well built. Finished product very nice. Overall a wonderful experience.
