Hard to write a proper review when you're told not to mention delivery or customer service !! The bed was sent with the wrong size slats which meant that I had to wait 4 days with a half built bed for new ones to arrive. Product not the easiest to assemble. Lack of comms regarding delivery meant I had to chase. Web chat have speedy responses though.
