Your website is easy to navigate and when i called to query a few things, your staff have been excellent so despite not being the cheapest, i decided to buy from you.
Your post-purchase communication with customers could be better however. On completing the order i had an email confirming, but nothing regarding delivery - not even a note to say you'd be in touch... A few days later i had to call to find out when to expect receipt as i hadn't heard anything (I acknowledge this included the new year shut down period - but an email wouldn't have gone a miss).
Once the order was processed and dispatched, i received an email stating this and that the courier would be in touch - no mention of who the courier was though.
I received an email from your courier who was fairly inflexible on delivery time - i assume because we are in Scotland; essentially only offering me Wednesdays with the first option the 18th - which isn't great considering you dispatched it on 3rd January.
So in all not the best experience to date. Its Saturday 7th today and i was hoping to have the new bed today so we could build it, however as it stands we will be waiting a further 1.5 weeks before receiving it - which is disappointing.
