Delivery and Customer Service were excellent. Esprahome have apologised for advertising the wrong wardrobe on their website (so I didn't get the wardrobe I wanted! I needed extra storage space in the wardrobe with drawers.) They kindly offered to replace the wardrobe if I would dismantle and return it. (It had to be assembled immediately, for guests.) However, the assembly took quite a while and the back panel has many, many tacks! I fear I am left with my basic model! Sigh!
