Excellent product but not so good on customer service. The item stated that it would be delivered in two days. I let 2 weeks go past then tried to contact Esprahome. I tried the sales email address three times with no luck. I also tried the "DM" route, again with no reply. I then went to Facebook and tried there. After a few hours I was told to contact the Sales Email address. I tried to phone but the phone number I could find on the internet went unanswered. Not the best! Item came though and was fine in the end.
